Local Deliveries
Any order taken by 11:30 am EST will be delivered on the same day for $14.99.
Morning Delivery (between the hours of 8 am-noon): $19.99.
Afternoon Delivery (between the hours of noon-6 pm): $19.99.
Time Sensitive Delivery: We can take your order anytime of the day up until 3 pm and have it delivered in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area within two hours for $24.99.
Sunday Deliveries: Deliveries will be made to funeral homes only. No home deliveries.
This schedule changes for the Sunday prior to major Holidays.
Funeral orders for Sunday delivery need to be received by 5 pm on the preceding Saturday.
Out of Town Deliveries
Deliveries outside of our normal delivery area can be taken for delivery anywhere in the US or Canada for a regular delivery charge of $14.99 plus a service fee of $4.99 for Florist products only.
Orders must reach us by noon (in the recipient’s time zone) on the day of the delivery for delivery that same day.
24-hour notice is required during Holiday times.
NOTE: No additional charge for timed deliveries to funeral homes in our immediate delivery area.
Wire/Services
We are a part of both FTD/ Teleflora wire services. We can send your order worldwide.
Cancellations
Cancellations may be made up to one day ahead of the scheduled delivery date. An order may not be canceled once it has been processed and delivery attempted.
Incorrect/Incomplete Address
Incorrect addresses or changes to the address after the order has been placed resulting in a re-delivery will be charged a re-delivery fee of $14.99.
When the recipient is not home
Our normal delivery window is 8am-6pm. We will make every effort to deliver your package to the recipient within this window. In some cases, it is necessary to leave the package with a neighbor. In such cases, the delivery driver will leave a note on the recipient’s door stating who accepted the delivery on their behalf. In the event the delivery driver cannot find someone to accept the delivery, it will be brought back and scheduled for re-delivery and subject to a $14.99 re-delivery fee. When the weather permits, your order may be placed in a safe location on the recipient’s front porch or suitable location. If the recipient is at work all day we suggest sending to their workplace.
Substitutions
On all arrangements: substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement is delivered in a timely manner. We will give your order the care and attention to ensure that it is as similar as possible to what you requested.
Everyday Orders
Domestic USA- orders received by NOON in the delivery area are able to be delivered same day.
International orders, take 3-5 business days for delivery.
Holiday Orders
Domestic USA – Orders received are on a next day delivery. Example, Order is placed on Monday, or can be delivered the next day or future date.
International orders, Take 5-8 business days for delivery.
Local Cincinnati Delivery
Benken Garden Center and Florist offers same next-day delivery to United States addresses.
Local delivery in Cincinnati and surrounding areas.
Benken delivers 6 days a week to homes and businesses and on Sundays to funeral homes. Delivery is available to the following zip codes:
The tree and shrub warranty is valid one year from the date of purchase and covers only plant material rated for Hardiness Zone 6b. Boxwoods are not covered.
Perennials
The perennial warranty is valid until October 1 of the year of purchase.
Annuals, Tropicals, and Houseplants
There is no warranty for annuals, tropicals, or houseplants.
Returns
Plants
Plants may be returned for full credit within 24 hours of purchase and must be in the same condition as they were when sold.
Non-Plant
Non-plant materials may be returned for full credit within seven days of purchase. The seasonal nature of our business requires us not to exceed seven days.
General
Claim Process
Provide proof of purchase. If possible, please bring the plant in. If you have photos, please share the plant showing its current condition.
Upon management approval, you will be offered a store credit of 50% the original value

Important Conditions & Exclusions (trees, shrubs, and perennials)
This warranty does not cover plants that experience failure due to:
Incorrect planting or improper location selection – including planting in containers, lack of maintenance or neglect – including under or over watering, extreme weather or natural disasters, and insects
