This class is all about engaging your senses. We’ll smell, taste, and touch the herbs, tuning into how each one feels and works in the body. You’ll also be encouraged to trust your own intuition when crafting blends that speak to your needs and preferences.

All materials will be provided, and you’ll leave with your own custom tea blend to take home.
