Coffee Cupping Event with Proud Hound Coffee
We’re so excited to collaborate with our local friends, Proud Hound Coffee Roasters, to bring you our first ever coffee education events at Benken!
Join us for an immersive coffee experience designed to delight all five senses. Our Coffee Education & Tasting Demo invites you to slow down, sip thoughtfully, and learn what truly goes into a great cup of coffee.
During this guided demo, we’ll explore the full journey of coffee—from roasting and importing to processing, brewing, and tasting. Along the way, you’ll learn how to identify flavor profiles and tasting notes while enjoying a hands-on, sensory-rich experience perfect for both casual coffee drinkers and true enthusiasts.
Each session is intentionally capped at just 16 guests to create a relaxed, intimate setting where questions are encouraged and conversation flows easily.
A spot to this workshop includes:
• A 1 hour guided coffee education and tasting with an expert from Proud Hound
• A 10 oz Proud Hound Coffee Roasters bag of coffee to take home

Greenhouse Yoga is BACK by popular demand!
Start your weekend right with a 1-hour yoga routine amongst the plants!
Start your weekend right with a 1-hour yoga routine amongst the plants!
Stop by from 8-9am and instructor Kristen Bjerke will lead you through a yoga routine designed for all ages and skill levels. These yoga sessions are $10 and can be paid directly to Kristen via cash or venmo at the time of the event. All you need is your yoga mat and some water!

Moss Art Workshop with WoodSol Stone Studio
Join Abby Shaner of WoodSolStone Studio on May 30th from 11:00–12:45 for a fun, creative class where you’ll design and build your very own 10 in x 10 in moss wall—no experience needed! All supplies are included, and you’ll leave with a beautiful, custom piece ready to hang in your home (or gift to someone special).
Abby is a biophilic design artist with a love for bringing nature indoors, and she’ll guide you step-by-step while still giving you the freedom to make something that feels totally you. Think textures, earthy tones, a little creativity, and a lot of good vibes.
